Two Brides in Flowing Gowns
Will I ever wear a white wedding dress,
And live like a princess, if just for mere hours?
I gaze in the window display,
Seeing my face on the manikin,
And imagine—dancing with my beloved.
A soft hand slips into mine, urging me on.
"Let's go—it's getting cold."
We ignore the stares given by passerbyers
Wondering if we are who they think we are.
"Darling, don't worry," a voice whispers in my ear,
Between this sudden rain, I can barely hear—
But the warmth of our bodies protects me.
Another stare throws me off,
"It's about love," they say. "Commitment. Loyalty."

Fallen gracefully, darting outwards,
It's time to save myself from this dreaded womb.
A naive child brought from birth,
The world seems distilled--
From the conception that is my youth.
Brought upon the dreaded night,
Thought it has come to this, the one
The absolute destiny that is forever mine
I came upon the rebirth, just to find
You, standing wildly like a stray rose petal
Forcing to become free.
In the dimness of a sadist's smile,
I see myself, reflected and ever-unknown.
How was I absolutely not to know,
These illusions had been clashed upon me?
Fight forever--these damned can't find me,
It's now dim; darkness over anyth
